              Slow Jamming Songs “Ash Grove" and “The Water Is Wide”. In this novice class we will learn a few slow songs that are popular jamming songs so you can start joining in!

Friday 10:15-11:30 Session 2I Bowed Psaltery- All Levels

              Pachelbel’s Cannon in C on Bowed Psaltery. In case you missed this class last year, I have been asked to do it again. 8 parts ranging from Beginner to Advance. Put these all together and it is amazing. Can’t wait.

Friday 2:30-3:45   Session 4I Bowed Psaltery

              Getting Started with Your Bowed Psaltery. Total beginner class for everything you may want to know about playing the bowed psaltery. I’ll discuss how to make a smooth sound, going from note to note, playing with 1 or 2 bows, types of bows and more. 

Friday 4:15-5:30 Session 5I Bowed Psaltery

              “Carrickfergus” Intermediate. We’ll be learning "Carrickfergus", a favorite of many Irish groups including The Dubliners. This class is intermediate level.

Saturday 8:45-10:00 Session 6I Bowed Psaltery (1)

              Beginning with two bows. “Somewhere Over the Rainbow.” In this beginner to medium level class, we will learn how using two bows keeps the bowing smooth and fluid for large note jumps and back and forth note trills. Double Bowing Class.

Saturday 10:15-11:30 Session 7I Bowed Psaltery (2) Not a Repeat of Class 6!

              Beginning with two bows. “Red River Valley” Harmony. We will learn to play harmony using two bows as we learn “Red River Valley” Intermediate Level. Double Bowing Class

Saturday 1:00-2:15 Session 8I Bowed Psaltery

              “Spring” from “The Four Seasons” by Vivaldi. We’ll learn this selection in this advanced and very fun class! This is a double bowing class.

Saturday 4:15-5:30 Session 10I Bowed Psaltery

              Celtic Songs: “Wild Colonial Boy”, “Rakes of Mallow”, and “The Parting Glass". Let’s just have fun and play some Celtic songs.
